Our client, is a Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Building Surveying company specialising in the leisure industry, is seeking a motivated and organised individual to join their team in a Project Administration Role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for organisation and a desire to support a professional team. Whether you're currently in an office junior or reception role looking for growth, or seeking a fresh start in a new environment, this role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to make a real impact. You'll be providing vital office and project admin support to experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, with full training provided to help you thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages.
  • Liaising with project suppliers and maintaining smooth communication.
  • Raising purchase orders and managing invoices efficiently.
  • Proofreading, formatting, and issuing project documents.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and sending invites through Outlook.
  • Ensuring surveyors' files, workspaces, and projects are well-organised.
  • Supporting the office manager with administrative tasks.
  • Taking detailed minutes during meetings and distributing them accordingly
