Role - Technical Administrator

Location - Gloucester Business Park or Bristol Aztec West

Pay rate - 15.53 per hour

Hours - Full-time or part-time

The Role

Nuclear Services are seeking a Technical Administrator to support with resolution of the Non-Code A topic (more explanation will be provided upon application).

Key Tasks:

* Responsible for analysing, categorising, and distributing deliverables to engineers which have not achieved acceptance in our document management tool (TeamCenter)

* Developing Key Performance Indicators to visually present progress being made

* Communicating with engineers about estimated completion dates and keeping track of justifications for acceptance of documents

* Attending weekly project meetings to report on progress and assist in defining priorities

* There is also the possibility to expand scope of key responsibilities to include other Project Support Officer activities

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

* Excellent general computer skills including Microsoft Office and especially Excel

* Good organisational, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities which will be essential to managing large amounts of data

* Good interpersonal and communication skills as frequent engagement with engineers and document controllers will be required

* Proactive and ability to work independently

Highly Desirable:

* Familiarity with document management systems

* Experience working with engineers is beneficial but not essential
