Applications Engineer
An expanding, specialist manufacturing technology business, now have an opportunity for an Applications Engineer, to join a highly skilled and diverse technical team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to customers and internal teams, ensuring the successful implementation and integration of products and solutions.
You will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, provide product demonstrations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall success of our applications in various industries.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Applications Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role
- Ideally strong technical knowledge of both mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and project management tools would be advantageous but not essential.
