£35K Base Salary - £55K OTE

Role Overview:
Our client is a marketing agency, who are looking for multiple BDM's to join their rapidly growing team out of their Huddersfield office. You will be joining a team of 4 sales staff, and will have the opportunity to be able to craft your own sales strategy and build upon their exsisitng clients, with some of the biggest names in the business. Your day to day will involve finding new and innovative ways to reach out to clients, to maximize engagement of their employee benefits product. There will also be an opportunity for you to take more of a consultative approach to the calls, informing the clients of the ins and outs of the product itself.
They are looking for a charismatic, solutions-focused seller and 'hunter' who isn't afraid to go out and grow their desk and be successful, to join their success at the minute.
Key skills:
- Experience in B2B Sales, no particular industry experience is relevant.
- Good tenure in previous sales roles.
- Someone with the ability to engage with industry leading clients.
- Self-driven personality, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a keen understanding of pricing strategies, contract terms, and negotiation tactics.
