Are you an experienced and proactive marketing professional looking to take on an international role in a dynamic and growing organisation? We are seeking an International Marketing Manager to drive global marketing initiatives, support distributor markets, and contribute to international sales growth.

About the Role:

You will take ownership of local marketing initiatives across international distributor markets, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy. Working closely with the international sales team and key stakeholders, you will enhance marketing support, build strong distributor relationships, and drive engagement with our global network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support local marketing initiatives for international distributor markets.
  • Ensure brand consistency by providing marketing toolkits and guidance.
  • Support relationship-building with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advocacy groups.
  • Oversee translation processes and marketing material localisation.
  • Monitor and support distributor marketing activities to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Events Manager to maximise market development opportunities.

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role.
  • Degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Preferably experienced in global or international marketing within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the medical device sector, or marketing experience within a highly regulated industry.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with international stakeholders.
