There is also a clearly defined career progression structure in place to illustrate how you can climb the ladder to Senior, Associate and Director positions.This company are a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy who provide unique consultancy based services working with a large number of councils. They run projects within social housing, residential and high rise sectors. They have continued to grow over the last few years so are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join their innovative and forward thinking team.In this role you will be based in the office in Huddersfield, working a varied work load within the social housing sector. Projects vary in size and scale including residential, cladding, retrofit and refurbishment projects. Projects will range from single housing schemes to large scale housing developments. Working closely with the team, you will conduct condition surveys, feasibility studies, site inspections, quality management, design co-ordination, manage tenders and procurement, contract administration and write design specifications. The ideal candidate will therefore be a Building Surveyor with experience within these disciplines. You will need to be a team player whilst also having the ability to work independently. A full UK licence will be required as there will be occasional nationwide travel.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Surveyor with traditional surveying experience to join a successful, friendly and supportive firm in a role with great project diversity, clear career progression and training.The Role:
