This well-established practice has a diverse portfolio, spanning residential, commercial, and public sectors. With a strong commitment to sustainability and exceeding client expectations, they deliver exceptional results on every project.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will bring sufficient post-qualification experience, a passion for design excellence, and a desire to grow your career. An excellent mindset, exceptional design skills, and technical proficiency are essential, with experience in AutoCAD and Revit being highly advantageous.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Significant experience post Part 2 qualification
  • Liaise with clients to provide designs that exceed their expectations
  • Work across all RIBA stages, with the support of senior team members
  • Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Happy working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong design and technical detailing abilities
  • AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is beneficial
