Temporary Position

ASAP start

Our client is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to support on a temporary basis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and code purchase invoices accurately
  • Reconcile statements and follow up on any discrepancies
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor accounts
  • Support the finance team with month-end processes
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Solid experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
