The Role:
- Fully On-Site position.
- Work closely with the Managing Director & Key Stakeholders.
- Lead the company's engineering excellence by implementing frameworks and ensuring the teams, processes, and tools excel through continuous optimisation and innovation.
The Person:
- Head of Engineering / Engineering Manager.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience in Safety Critical Industries - for example, Aerospace, Biochem / Biotech, Nuclear or related industries
