As a Deputy Manager, you will:
- Monitor the wellbeing of residents and ensure their personal and social care needs are met.
- Provide leadership and management to staff, including conducting supervisions and supporting team development.
- Promote independence and wellbeing among residents.
- Ensure compliance with care standards and safeguarding regulations.
- Work 40 hours per week, mainly 9am to 5pm, with every other weekend and 16 hours supernumerary.
The Deputy Manager role includes:
- Annual salary of £29,120 (£14 per hour for a 40-hour week).
