We are lookingfor a Deputy General manager who will work closely with the General Manager in developing a reputation for offering outstanding food and service and developing the team. You will be involved with ordering, deliveries, stock control, team development, and ensuring health and hygiene regulations are adhered to. You will be responsible for FOH in the absence of the General Manager and Deputy General Manager. As a Deputy General Manager you will have, a can do attitude, and a real passion for people. It is important that you have experience working within a pub/ restaurant environment at Supervisor/ Assistant Manager level.
