We are seeking a dynamic Proactive Account Manager to drive the sales and profitability of Ruijie products within the UK. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development and account management, particularly within the WiFi and networking sectors.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop Ruijie sales revenues and customer relationships in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Expand the footprint of the Ruijie brand through both existing and new customers, enhancing the growth of other products within the portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with the Ruijie Sales team to position Ruijie as their partner of choice.
  • Gather market intelligence to identify future growth areas and opportunities.
  • Seek new business opportunities by researching potential accounts using various strategies such as LinkedIn, social media, and search engines.
  • Manage project pipeline reports to drive accurate forecasting and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with managers across the business to develop strategies that support revenue growth and market share increase.
  • Become a Ruijie product expert to enhance sales conversations and build lasting relationships.
  • Assist in devising marketing campaigns and events that support the sales strategy and develop new and existing sales opportunities.
  • Implement processes that encourage proactive sales activity and minimize reactive activities.
  • Utilize sales tools and processes effectively to improve forecast accuracy and increase up-sell and cross-sell activity.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify commercial advantages.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager, preferably in the WiFi and networking sectors.
  • Proven track record of new business development and achieving above-market growth over a significant period.
  • Strong network of contacts and ability to acquire new business/customers.
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with best CRM practices.
  • Experience in converged IP systems related to infrastructure, security, networking, AV, etc.
  • Experience in distribution selling brands like Ubiquiti, Netgear, TP Link, Zyxel, or D-Link.
