We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer. A successful candidate will be proactive, positive, and committed to providing effective solutions to customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department when needed.
- Issue Resolution: Provide assistance with product-related queries, process complaints, and help solve any issues that arise.
- Sales & Orders: Assist with product sales, take orders, and follow up on customer purchases.
- Communication: Respond to email inquiries, liaise with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Returns & Exchanges: Process customer returns and exchanges as required.
- Payment Processing: Chase outstanding payments and take payments over the phone securely.
- Account Management: Open new customer accounts and maintain up-to-date customer information on the database.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every interaction contributes to a positive and seamless experience for customers.
