SEN Support Worker
We are working with an independent childrens day nursery who are currently looking for an SEN Support Worker for their nursery setting in Huntingdon.
The nursery places a strong focus on staff recognition, providing the opportunity for both development and progression.
Position Details
Your role:
- Working alongside colleagues to provide a stimulating and enabling educational environment
- Planning and delivering activities to extend childrens learning and development
- Monitoring, assessing and recording childrens progress
- Completing observations and implementing next steps to support childrens development
What you will need:
- Early Years childcare qualification its preferred but not essential
- Experience working in a Nursery or School environment
- A firm understanding of the EYFS welfare and learning requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
