As the German Speaking Service & Sales Advisor, you will:
- Engage with existing customers both via phone and email, building and maintaining long-term relationships and customer satisfaction
- Reach out to lapsed customers and work to re-engage them
- Provide quotes to customers
- Collaborate regularly with the customer service team
Who we’re looking for:
We’d love to connect with candidates who have previous Customer Service or Sales experience, excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English, and the ability to build strong, positive and long-lasting relationships!
