Sales Adviser Required!
Our client is a family-owned business, trading for over 30 years they are a leading manufacturer and distributor of windows and door hardware.
On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Sales Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing any orders or enquiries received via telephone (first and foremost), website, email and fax as well as providing customer support.
Working hours 8:30am - 5pm, based in their office in Hinxton.
Package:
- Company pension scheme
- Salary £23,000 - £25,000
- Bonus scheme after qualifying period

Sales Order Processor - Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming enquiries via phone, email & website, .
- Liaising with various departments & external personnel, including warehouse & couriers
- Follow up with quotations, calling customers
- Provide product support to customers

Sales Order Processor - Requirements:
- Knowledge of sage 200 is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
