As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we're looking for an experienced Agile PM / Scrum Master to lead high-priority projects with the Ministry of Defence (MoD).

Your Mission:

As an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master, you'll be at the helm of our project delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and successful outcomes. You will:

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage multiple in-flight projects, track progress, report on status, and manage risks, issues, and budgets.
  • Champion Agile: Ensure the team lives by agile values and principles, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Foster Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and protect your team from outside interruptions.
  • Drive Success: Work closely with the Defence Management Team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven Expertise: Experience in Project Management / Scrum Master roles, specifically with the MoD.
  • Technical Know-How: Deep understanding of contemporary software engineering, agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), and the full Software Delivery Lifecycle.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication and influencing abilities, with a knack for building high-performing teams and maintaining long-term stakeholder relationships.

?? Security Clearance: To qualify for this role, you must be a British Citizen and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years & you should be currently SC Cleared and either holding Current or Previous DV Clearance.
