We are seeking an experienced Fire Stopping Contracts Manager to join a leading fire protection company. This role is perfect for a skilled professional with a strong background in fire stopping and passive fire protection, who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Working three days/week on site and two days/week office based, this role will be covering sites across the midlands and south east England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage fire stopping contracts from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety across all fire stopping installations.
  • Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance and financial status.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in fire stopping and passive fire protection.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple contracts.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications in fire protection or construction management are desirable.
