We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant role based in the Tameside, Greater Manchester area
- Contract: 12 Months Fixed Term
- Hours: 35 per week – 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Full time office based
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling payments, petty cash and balance sheet accounts
- Preparing, posting and completing journals by deadlines
- Completing purchase ledger items
- Handling profit and loss expenses analysis
- Preparing monthly sales breakdown report
- Maintaining cashbooks and credit card receipts
- Recording bank statement transactions
- Producing payment sheets
The successful candidate:
- Has strong Excel experience and knowledge
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Can work towards deadlines
- Has experience in a similar role
