We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist for one of our clients in Oldbury. The successful candidate will work the afternoon shift at a serviced office building. We are looking for someone who has experience in a Reception/Front of House based role.

Key duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Sign in guests and direct them across to the correct floor/company.
  • Answer all incoming calls, directing calls and taking messages as required.
  • Manage the post for the building (both incoming and outgoing).
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is kept to the highest standard.
  • Maintain relationships with tenants within the building, being the key contact for any queries/concerns.

The successful candidate:

  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Be flexible to cover the morning shift during periods of annual leave/absence (over-time will be paid).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer confident and able to use packages such as Microsoft office.
  • Ability to be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Be able to work independently and manage own workload.
