HLTA - Redbridge-SEMH provision - ASAP 100 - 130 a day (depending on experience)

Teach360 are seeking a vibrant energetic hardworking HLTA for a provision located in Redbridge Your day to day will be covering and teaching lesson, running interventions. As a HLTA you will need to be empathetic and understanding as these children you'll be teaching all have various of SEN Needs therefore a patient HLTA will be perfect for this role!

An interesting opportunity exists for a hard-working, experienced, confident, and experienced HLTA to join the staffing team of a school located in Hillingdon As part of your role as a HLTA, you will be required to cover lessons from time to time, but your focus will be on guiding interventions. These interventions are designed to assist students who have been identified with need, such as challenging behaviour, special educational needs, or mental health needs. A HLTA is responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals, groups, and (in the short term) whole classes as well as assess, record, and report on the progress of each pupil.
