HLTA Responsibilities:

  • Working in all year groups (EYFS, KS1 & KS2) delivering pre-prepared lesson plans when covering teachers.
  • Working with class teachers and SLT staff to deliver support ensuring learning objectives are met and academic potential is achieved.
  • Supporting SEND pupils with disabilities by demonstrating different approaches to working and learning
  • Demonstrate an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning amongst Primary School students by adopting relevant strategies to support children across all year groups.
