Are you a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of young people? We are currently recruiting for an inspiring Music Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Newham, East London, from January 2025.

About the School:

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective Music lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
Inspire students to develop their musical skills and foster a passion for the subject.
Encourage students to participate in extra-curricular music activities, including school performances, choirs, and bands.
Provide pastoral support to students within the department and contribute to their overall development.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a stimulating Music curriculum.
Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.

Key Requirements:
A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) and experience teaching Music at secondary school level.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Music education.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check will be required prior to employment.
