Job Title: Assistant General Manager Competitive Socialising Venue
Location: Walthamstow, London (E17)
Salary: £42,500 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week (Wednesday to Sunday focus)

Were launching one of Londons newest and most exciting competitive socialising concepts a dynamic, multi-use games hall featuring pool, electric shuffleboard, AR darts, karaoke rooms, and a brand-new cocktail bar. Were on the lookout for a bold and charismatic Assistant General Manager to become the face of this thrilling new venue and help bring it to life.

This isnt your average AGM role. Youll be leading from the front and putting your personality, energy, and flair into shaping the guest experience. Think old-school social club meets modern-day fun, quirky, comforting, and packed with good vibes.

What You'll Do:
  • Take charge of the day-to-day operations of the games hall, bar, and kitchen.

  • Deliver a fun, personable, and memorable guest experience that keeps people coming back.

  • Recruit and lead the Flukes team finding individuals who live and breathe fun and hospitality.

  • Manage rotas, labour costs, GPs, and guest feedback to ensure commercial and operational success.

  • Create seamless coordination between bar, kitchen, and back-of-house teams for top-tier service.

  • Step in to support wider venue operations as needed.
