  • Demonstrated background in Mortgage administration or Paraplanning.
  • Preferably CeMAP certified, in training, or keen to gain this qualification.
  • Outstanding communication abilities – both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while always prioritising customer satisfaction.
  • Technologically confident, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
