Sonic Summary

TSASurveying is seeking Stock Condition Surveyors and RDSAP Assessors for a 16-month contract in the Hackney area, starting ASAP.
The role involves surveying over 1000 properties and utilizes in-house asset management software on a tablet device.
This is an outside IR35 position, and payment is based on the number of surveys completed, covering houses, flats, and blocks.
Candidates must have RDSAP and energy experience, with a full-time commitment of 4 to 5 days per week required.
The contract is for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software(IN HOUSE SOFTWARE)

Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks
Over 1000 properties to be surveyed -STOCK CONDITION and RDSAP
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority.
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
6MONTH CONTRACT - possible extensionbased on performance.
FULL TIME ONLY - 4/5 DAYS ARE A MUST
RDSAP/ENERGY experience is a MUST
