I am working with a Corporate Head Office in Canary Wharf who are looking for a General Catering Manager for their staff dining and hospitality operation.
The General Catering Manager will be responsible for the food hall with multiple food bars and cafes along with hospitality delivery to their meeting rooms. Managing a team of 50 staff both front and back of house, the General Catering Manager will need to be a real foodie who understands the importance of delivery and an impeccable food offering.
This is a dynamic hands-on role, so they are looking for someone who can be involved and a face of the business.
Ideally, the General Catering Manager will come from a similar B&I or commercial site, delivering exceptional service and high-end catering to their employees and clients.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Experience gained from a high-end catering establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Salary £60k plus bonus
