Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain a welcoming environment, addressing customer feedback promptly.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Oversee stock levels, ensuring the availability of quality ingredients.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably within a high-end or Italian dining setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for Italian cuisine and sustainable, whole-animal butchery practices.
- Proficiency in inventory and financial management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
