Role Overview: We are recruiting for a SENDCo Admin Support role for a well-established school in Redbridge. The successful candidate will assist the SENDCo (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator) with the administration and coordination of SEND services. This is a key administrative position where you will contribute to the smooth running of SEND provision for students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential administrative support to the SENDCo in Redbridge
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other SEND documentation
  • Manage and update SEND records, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with confidentiality policies
  • Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and external agencies in Redbridge to ensure effective SEND provision
