SENDCo
* Lead and manage the provision for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a SEMH school which supports 15 pupils.
* Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective support strategies.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practices.
* Promote a culture of inclusion and high expectations for all students.

Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status and relevant educational degree (NASENCO)
