Manpower is hiring on behalf of our national client for engaged candidates as a Contracts Coordinator working in Derby. You will be work for a company that genuinely cares and has a strong Sustainability Strategy with a focus on responsibility at the heart of their three pillars of People, Planet and Performance.


You will be responsible for liaising with clients taking bookings, discussing and resolving issues, updating excel based worksheets, and liaising with operatives giving support with queries and controlling income of worksheets, time sheets and check sheets. You will also be required to create and submit invoices to clients and create weekly work packs for operatives as well as completing general administrative duties.

Our client is Europe's leading provider of soft landscaping services and landscape creation projects, operating in the UK, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland.

What we'll need from you:

  • Experience working within an Admin based role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP/Workday is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
  • Be willing to support on other teams when needed
