Long Term Futures require a Behaviour Mentor for a supportive school in Ilkeston (DE7). This role is suited for those with experience managing challenging behaviour and working with students with SEN needs.
What You'll Do:
- Provide guidance and emotional support to students
- Build positive relationships and encourage personal development
- Assist teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies
- Offer one-to-one mentoring to help students overcome difficulties
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience in working with students with SEN needs or challenging behaviour
- A patient, resilient, and confident approach
- Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
- Background in youth work, mentoring, or education (preferred)
