Duties

  • Supporting Audit Planning and Execution: Assisting in planning audit engagements, preparing documentation, and organizing materials to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Financial Data Analysis: Reviewing and analysing financial statements and supporting documents to verify accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
  • Client Liaison: Communicating professionally with clients to gather required information, clarify issues, and provide updates on audit progress.
  • Testing and Verification of Accounts: Conducting tests on financial records, transactions, and controls to verify data accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
  • Risk Assessment Support: Helping identify key areas of risk in client financials and supporting senior team members in assessing financial processes and internal controls.
  • Documentation and Report Preparation: Preparing detailed, accurate working papers and audit documentation, ensuring they are clear, organized, and compliant with audit standards.
  • Compliance with Auditing Standards: Adhering to all relevant audit standards, laws, and regulations to ensure high-quality, compliant work.
  • Collaboration with Team Members: Working closely with senior auditors and managers to provide support and complete assignments on schedule.
