- A qualified solicitor with significant experience in data privacy and protection law.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, and other relevant legislation.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with an ability to deliver practical and commercially driven advice.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills, capable of building trust and long-term relationships.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and provide expert advice under tight deadlines.
- Availability for an interim assignment and the ability to hit the ground running.
