Full-time, Office- Based.
9 am - 5 pm, and the flexibility to start earlier on a Friday for a 3 pm finish.

Contract Scotland is supporting our client, a well-established contractor based in Fife, as they look to add a strong Admomsyratpr to their Quality and Health & Safety team. As a QSHE Administrator, you will support quality processes through data management and documentation within the QSHE Department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain Quality/Health & Safety documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Enter and manage quality data; prepare related reports.
  • Conduct quality checks and report discrepancies.
  • Assist with audits and supplier performance reviews.
  • Prepare training materials and promote awareness of quality standards.
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain product quality.

**Key Skills:**

  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems - experience creating presentations and utilising graphs etc. would be beneficial
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.
