9 am - 5 pm, and the flexibility to start earlier on a Friday for a 3 pm finish.
Contract Scotland is supporting our client, a well-established contractor based in Fife, as they look to add a strong Admomsyratpr to their Quality and Health & Safety team. As a QSHE Administrator, you will support quality processes through data management and documentation within the QSHE Department.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain Quality/Health & Safety documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Enter and manage quality data; prepare related reports.
- Conduct quality checks and report discrepancies.
- Assist with audits and supplier performance reviews.
- Prepare training materials and promote awareness of quality standards.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain product quality.
**Key Skills:**
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems - experience creating presentations and utilising graphs etc. would be beneficial
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.
