?Meeting with or speaking to all customers who are in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle in order to qualify their eligibility and suitability of available products.
?Monitors overall department performance.
?To deliver customer service and support in line with Consumer Duty and to Treat Customers Fairly.
?Maintain and develop good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations.
?Collect relevant Management Information (MI).
?Ensures that all Parks Motor Group policies and objectives are followed.
?To complete and maintain their required training at all times.
?Report to General Manager & Brand Franchise Manager.
