As a Community Nurse (RGN), your responsibilities will include:
- Travelling to patients' homes within the Inverness region.
- Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide one-to-one care.
- Delivering effective and high-quality nursing care to facilitate early supported transfer from hospital or prevent unnecessary admission.
- Building lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders, and patient support networks.
- Accurately documenting all patient care and clinical observations.
The package for the Community Nurse (RGN) role includes:
- Annual salary of £33,000 to £38,000
- Company car or an extra £4,850 a year for car allowance.
- Mileage expenses covered.
- Working 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.
- 33 days holiday, including bank holidays.
- Pension scheme.
- Paid NMC fees.
- Fully paid induction plan and ongoing training.
- A valid NMC pin number.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Experience in the care of IV devices and administering IV therapies.
- Qualified RGN status.
- Homecare experience (desirable).
