We are looking for a passionate and driven Breakfast Manager to join the 5 starNess Walk team on a full-time basis.At Torrish Ness Walk,customer service and quality is our priority whilst leading and coaching the breakfast team.

What do you need to be our Breakfast Manager?
Your duties and responsibilities will be managing our breakfast team and breakfast service to ensure a five star standard is delivered consistently every day. Our Breakfast Manager will work with our Restaurant Manager regarding rotas and recruitment. You will be responsible for the training of our Breakfast team and you will be someone who enjoys developing team members to reaching their full potential. You will lead by example and host the breakfast service 5 days a week.
So, we are looking for someone who has
- Previous F&B Management experience within a hotel environment, it would be beneficial if you have specifically managed a busy breakfast team with multiple full time and part time associates.
- Passion for providing excellent guest service, always keen to go above and beyond, ensure quality standards are delivered daily and create great experiences for guests.
- Experience managing a team with diverse needs, you will be someone who enjoys ensuring the teams needs are being catered to and that you are there to support when needed.
- Overall, you will lead from the front, showcase your skills and become a critical part of our F&B leadership team.
