Previous Skills & Experience:

  • Previous compliance or quality monitoring experience gained from the Financial Services Industry or similar regulated environment.
  • An analytic thinker, with strong investigative and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to make considered and reasoned decisions based on facts
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in a positive manner
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships
  • Ability to work as an effective team member
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office packages
