We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and investing any internally identified errors This role is responsible for upholding and enforcing quality standards defined by the business and its clients. You will be responsible for analysing processes, conducting audits, and implementing quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Duties- Conduct thorough analyses of agent calls and customer communications.- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies.- Perform regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, feeding back to managers- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and findings, presenting them to management.- Train staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting quality assurance.

Requirements- Proven experience in quality assurance or compliance- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
