My client is a private Healthcare provider, seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality & Clinical Governance Manager to lead and ensure the delivery of clinical governance, quality, and safety across our services. This key role will be responsible for managing and implementing the Health Governance & Compliance Strategy, ensuring adherence to policies, regulations, and industry standards.As the Quality & Clinical Governance Manager, you will work alongside senior leaders to drive a proactive quality agenda, identify improvement opportunities, and share best practices. You will oversee the clinical governance framework, ensuring the effective delivery of quality and governance activities, while optimizing operational processes and systems for efficient clinical service delivery. You will also be responsible for leading the clinical provider network’s governance, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.Key responsibilities include managing the Quality Management System, developing and implementing the Quality Account, analysing clinical data and incidents to improve patient experience, and providing training and guidance across clinical and non-clinical teams.
