This is an exciting opportunity for someone ambitious, dynamic who can develop strategy, get involved in exciting regional projects and develop relationships with key clients.
We need hands-on direction and leadership skills and experience as a Senior Contracts Manager / Construction Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and collaborations
- Lead and participate in business development activities, such as networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
- Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of varied in-house projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices
We’re looking for:
- An experienced Head of Construction / Construction Director
- Excellent hands-on direction and leadership skills
- Ideally MRICS/MCIOB qualified
- Must be flexible in hours of work and travel
- Candidate to be able to demonstrate, strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).
