Reed Ipswich Business Support are exclusively recruiting for an Executive Assistant on behalf of our client based in Ipswich town Centre. 

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Fully Office-Based

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage executive schedules, including meetings, interviews, and appointments.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.

  • Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.

Communication Management:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives.

  • Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondence.

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Project Management:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and campaigns.

  • Manage special projects and tasks assigned by executives.

  • Ensure project deadlines and goals are met.

Office Management:

  • Oversee office supplies 

  • Ensure the office environment is well-organised and professional.

Confidentiality and Professionalism:

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Represent the business in a professional manner at all times.

  • Uphold the business values and standards.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Compile and analyse data for reports and decision-making.

  • Manage and organise digital and physical files.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
