We are partnering with our client to find a dedicated and skilled Finance Partner to join their growing finance team.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with business stakeholders, deliver functional cost base insights, and influence strategic decision-making to achieve in-year budgets and long-term profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take charge of expense partnering for fast-paced functions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Finance Director and senior leaders.
  • Transform complex financial data into insightful business storyboards to support decision-making.
  • Promote a cost-conscious culture by guiding leadership and proactively managing expenditures.
  • Provide valuable ad-hoc cost analyses alongside enhanced standard cost reporting.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to bring:

  • ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualification.
  • Excellent relationship management, analytical, and influencing skills.
  • A proven track record of presenting confidently to senior stakeholders, whether online or in person.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication abilities, enabling you to operate at the highest organisational levels.
  • A proactive and versatile attitude with a "can-do" mindset.
