Your Role
- Lead and develop a team while managing a portfolio of clients.
- Provide expert trust and estate tax advice to HNWIs and family offices.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Oversee trust accounts, tax pools, and ensure compliance.
- Build strong relationships with Directors, Partners, and clients.
What We’re Looking For
? Proven trust tax expertise within a practice environment.? Experience advising HNW/UHNW clients on complex trust and estate tax matters.? Strong business development skills and a growth mindset.? Leadership & management experience to develop junior staff.? CTA and/or STEP qualification (STEP desirable but not essential).? Knowledge of trust accounts & tax accounting (including tax pools).
