Waddington Brown is working with a leading manufacturing business based in Ipswich who are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a newly created role, reporting into the HR Director and will work in a small team of highly professional individuals.

As the Talent Acquisition Manager your role will include:

  • Full end to end recruitment process responsibility both internally and externally.
  • Supporting, guiding and coaching line managers in the recruitment process and expectations
  • Management of recruitment data and metrics
  • Reporting and analysing talent acquisition activity and metrics

To be considered for the role of Talent Acquisition Manager you will ideally have the following:

  • Significant experience of working in an internal recruitment/talent acquisition position.
  • CIPD accreditation (to L5) and possess an understanding of UK employment law.
  • You will be forward-thinking, and solutions oriented, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, managers and external suppliers.
  • Being data and tech savvy (including experience of ATS systems), you will be analytical and have the ability to translate data to create talent acquisition metrics as well as producing reports.
