You will help lead the support team through projects such as new systems, office fit out, as well as mentor and lead the team in to an exciting transition alongside the Head of IT.

  • Lead, manage and coordinate IT projects.
  • Oversee documentations, training and team performance tracking.
  • Contribute and influence the IT Strategy.

Requirements: As an IT Support Team Lead, you will need…

  • Extensive technical knowledge of M365, Azure AD and Azure Cloud Computing.
  • Technical knowledge and configurations of Windows Servers stack.
  • Awareness of IT Operating standards, a focus on Cyber Security standards and practices.
  • Experience managing or leading a team.
