Our client has built themselves a brilliant reputation within industry, and pride themselves on providing bespoke advice and wealth planning expertise to their clients across the UK.If you are a detailed-orientated professional with a passion for financial planning and client service, we’d love to hear from you!What you'll be doing:
  • Preparing and processing business for new and existing clients
  • Providing administrative support for our paraplanners and IFAs
  • Maintaining the back office system with client information
  • Handling incoming queries from clients and external providers via email and telephone
  • Ensuring all files are compliant with regulations
  • Liaising with providers to gather policy information
What you need to apply:
  • 2+ years experience working in an administrative role within the financial services industry (Required)
  • GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent) - graded C or above (Required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail 
  • Experience in managing client expectations 
  • Desire to learn and develop 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (Required)
  • Literate with MS products including Outlook, Word and Excel 
  • Prior experience working with Intelliflo Office & provider platforms
