Role OverviewAs a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the outbound logistical operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will report to the Logistics Supervisor and work closely with various departments to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare orders for vehicle movements and coordinate with internal teams and external warehouses.
  • Communicate effectively with transport hauliers to confirm delivery schedules and requirements.
  • Maintain accuracy in data entry for our internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Provide proactive customer service, keeping clients informed about deliveries and resolving any issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes and contribute to health and safety compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK and Europe.
  • Previous experience in a logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
