- Inputting and maintaining data on the company database
- General administrative duties, offering support to the department (including maintenance support)
- Updating records regularly and accurately, ensuring changes are communicated to the relevant team, and deadlines are met
- Delivering accurate and punctual information to the relevant departments/project teams
- Adhering to the company procedures, regulations, and policies
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify cost-effective opportunities
- Providing coverage for the Senior Procurement Manager during their absence
- Chasing outstanding orders daily
- Demonstrates time-management, prioritisation, and adapts to flexibility of workload
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to use own initiative but also as part of a team, ensuring professionalism is maintained
- Previous experience on Sage 200 is beneficial
- Confident when using new database systems – will easily adapt to the structure of this position
